Phoenix Suns Make Final Decision on LeAndro Barbosa

Following his third stint with the Phoenix Suns organization, the Suns have decided to waive the sharpshooting Shooting Guard.  Barbosa, the 2007 NBA Sixth Man Award winner, averaged 14 minutes a game last season with the Suns while shooting 35% from beyond the arc.  The Suns made their decision based on the fact that they want to try to dump salary in order to obtain larger contracts that come with young assets and draft picks.  Meanwhile, Barbosa, who will be entering his sixteenth NBA season may be interested in joining the Cavs on a veteran-minimum deal.  Outside of the Cavs, the Spurs and Lakers may also be interested in the services of the Brazilian Blur.
